First of all this is not a best western union hotel chain. I paid a 170 euro for 2 adults with a child pro night for a spouse to be a normal room and turned out to be a "student dormitory" looking room. And not ordinary dormitory looking room, but as "ex soviet union" stille dormitory room. Outdated hotel in bad condition. Some of the stuff was just not friendly especially one of the women who work as a receptionist. This hotel is not respecting the guests, I have been scammed by this hotel. They think they are very clever and just can sell you every terrible room for a lot of money and you have to be a very happy to be scammed.

I was here for the first time four years ago. I spent 4 nights at LaGradisca again this week. Personally, I was satisfied with everything again. The room I got was wonderfully renovated and modern. The receptionists were very kind, helpful and flexible again. :-) The girl at the breakfast was always very nice. The hotel and the rooms were perfectly cleaned. New sheets and towels were provided and the room was cleaned every day as well. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection and every day there were different fantastic Italian pastries, just like 4 years ago. If next time I come to Rimini again, I will book here again! Excellent staff, location and value for money. I recommend it!

Loved this little hotel! It was about a 3 minute walk from the beach. I got a discount on many of the beach walks due to being a guest. Everything such as shops, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. was just a small walk away from the hotel. The price was amazing! I paid $50 for 2 nights. The room was a little small, but it was comfortable and clean. Not bad at all for the price. Breakfast was very good and front desk was very friendly. I would recommend staying here!

Very good hotel at a reasonable price! The personnel is very pleasant, and breakfasts are nuts! Loads of food from eggs to fresh made cakes! The room is small, and a bad is a bit old but for one night it was alright! Highly recommend

Avoid at all costs : the worst hotel I had in 30 years. The pictures displayed to advertise this hotel do not match the reality: it is old, not clean, the rooms are not sound insulated, the airco was extremely loud and not efficient, the shower had mutiple traces of mould, the swimming pool water....forget it, the breakfast was composed of only cheap stuff, the parking ridiculously tiny and all this for no cheap prices.... The receptionist, hotel manager and even the owner could not careless about their "guests" since they do not see you as guests but source of euro bills.... do yourself a favour and if you visit Rimini book somewhere else
